"Edited to add: How were they able to call me if my information wasn’t able to be found when I went to the office for my nonexistent appointment?? They didn’t!!! #lies If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Went into the office to make an appointment about a week ago. While I was there, I even went so far as to browse their frames. The woman that helped me put them to the side to make note of my selection for my appointment, which was scheduled for July 6th at 9:20. I received an appointment card which indicates this. I arrive for my appointment today, only to be told that “we don’t have an appointment for you.” I was upset by this, but what upset me more than anything is that there was neither an apology nor an offer to make another appointment…just a blank stare. This would’ve been my first appointment with this practice, but I take this morning as a sign that they’re not someone I need to do business with. That being said, there’s no need for the business owner to comment asking me to reach out for assistance, because I. Will. NOT! Use this time to coach your staff on appropriate customer service practices. You had your chance to gain my business. I’ll take my money elsewhere."

"I have been used my eye Dr for several years. Last year I had my usual annual exam and got my new glasses and paid at the time my order was placed. Months later I received an invoice. I have tried to resolve this issue. I would NOT recommend my Eye Dr. They have lost me as a customer."

"The ladies are simply awesome! I had to have a pair of glasses warrantied and it was no hassle. They came in early and I was provided with all new cleaning materials! Every time interactions are pleasant."

"Kept complaining about the prescription of my glasses being incorrect. Called and informed them that everything was blurry and 1 eye is being magnified. $1200 for 2 pair of glasses and was told "My eyes would have to adjust and to keep wearing them." They would not check my eyes to verify the prescription was correct or test the glasses. This went on 6 months. Long story short..... went to another optometrist and ordered new glasses since the script was not even close to what I needed. Received my new script and amazingly I could see fine (with the exception of my double vision and patterns which is a neurological issue) without having to "let my eyes adjust." 0/5 stars. I'd rather buy glasses from a homeless crackhead. I probably would have had better luck and and saved $1100......"

"Everyone in the office including the doctor I saw is extremely kind. I use a cane and they were very considerate and accommodating. Their selection on HIP insurance glasses is very small but that's like that everywhere unfortunately. I definitely recommend going to them."
