"The service here was terrible! I spent 3 hours in the store with nothing but problems. I went in for a simple upgrade and it should of been an easy process. I had to pay for a SIM card to correct the problem that was caused by Cricket, then they broke my phone case, which I had to pay for a new one. Then I was told if I came back in two days, the phone I wanted to buy would be $200 less. Wrong. The price was the same. Not an “I’m sorry”, nothing. Unprofessional people. This store is a joke!"
