Portage Toll Plaza

"I hate toll plazas. This one slows down traffic and gets congested. If they are gonna charge tolls they should do what Pennsylvania does and read your license plate and send a bill in the mail. And 11 dollars is a lot for a toll for a poor person like me. Other than that it’s a very nive looking plaza. But it does just get in the way and slow you down."
