"Great customer service. Friendly people."
"Constant communication problems. I tell them I want to pay twice a year, they charge me twice in a six month period. I ask when the next time I have to pay is, they say July 31, then when I go to pay on July 29 my account has been canceled for not paying on the 28th. Then they charge me a late fee. They haven't emailed me about upcoming payments even once. They don't use email. The rates are relatively cheap, but these people have no idea what they're doing."
