"Stay very clear if you want someone to understand difficult times. My daughter had a stroke and countless times they were told. But I was 30 days behind and would recieve messages at all hours of the day and all hours of the night to make a payment. Included is a screen shot of the compassion this company displayed after I told them I fell on hard times. **ive always paid until my daughter got sick. So that’s a complete lie that I didn’t pay. I have the receipts and pay receipts to prove that I paid. I not only felt threatened I felt scared I would get Awful texts at all hours of the night when I’d be in the ICU unit at Riley’s with my daughter demanding I drop off payment ASAP. If I didn’t have people in the area I don’t know what I’d do I was threatened things would get thrown out I’d get locked out with no formal letter just disgusting texts. Reported to the better business bureau for harassment and threats"

I would definitely recommend these units to anyone looking to store their personal items with the knowledge of knowing your belongings are safe and secure.
