"We found ourselves doing everything ourself. Until about 3 days before closing ( aka payday ) we never heard from Steve at all. He was unable to be contacted multiple times and failed to call us back repeatedly. Even had the excuse ," my phone was dead all day . " He did teach us to never use a realtor again and just sell by owner. We basically bought our home without him any way. He was definitely there to collect his 6% commission. We reached out after closing to recieve zero communication back"
