"DO NOT USE: After my father died back in January, I had to go home to help my stepmother set up all the arrangements, to include getting a headstone from Eaton. I gave them the dates that he died and went on to help other things. My stepmother took care of "confirming" how it looked while I was hunting down other things. However, she overlooked that they put the wrong YEAR on his headstone. It wasnt until after my stepbrothers and I laid the stone that we noticed the mistake. When confronted about the mistake, they REFUSED to replace saying that she confirmed everything was correct. I am truly disgusted with the way the company has handled this situation and that the employees and managers cant tell what year it is. Staff was very short with their answers and treated us like we were a nuisance."

"I put one star because there's not an Option to put anything Lower. Pre paid for a stone over 6 months ago. I have called multiple time over 2 months and tried to be understanding. Staff will not get back with me about when it will be delivered. Terrible service. Will never use them again or recommend them in any way."
