"We had a great experience with Graber Auctions in an estate auction. Phyllis and Jeff (i.e. Graber employees) came into the home, organized items into lots, and took pictures to post online. Phyllis and Jeff were professional and helpful. The process was simple and efficient. Buyers picked up items at the home on one day (i.e. pick-up day). Within four weeks, the home was cleared of contents and ready to sell. I was not familiar with online auctions prior to our experience with Graber. The online auction was a great way to quickly and efficiently sell personal property. We were pleased with the process and Phyllis and Jeff."

"I purchased a car at the June 3rd auction while paying for the car I was informed that the title would have to be mailed later which I was ok with expecting I would receive the title in a week or so…Grabbers has a policy that if they do not receive the title in 21 days the buyer can return the car the 24 was the cut off date I received the title on July 3rd and it was mailed on June 28th they refused to allow me to return car on the 24th saying they had already paid the seller I think they lied about all this also title was out of state and had incorrect mileage listed. Do not deal with these people."

"Pathetic customer service. Criminal behavior. Stealing from a non-profit that serves those in recovery. Sick, selfish, greedy just plain sinful. No score lower than 1 star. Deserves negative rating and the word start should never be used describing this sesspool. Not BBB rated because can't get a single good review with them verses the dozens of grievances registered. Resolutions are pathetic as well. Scammed just enough to be a dent in church budget but not enough to waste day down at courthouse instead of serving those in need. Some criminals are so petty a foul review is only recourse unless want to give the lovers even more. Hope this insight on the dirt bag liars was helpful."
