"I get the first unit. The door is locked and is already occupied. I get the second unit that costed more and was 3 doors down. The door wasn’t in its tracks and would not open for anything. Unable to even lock the unit. I have my things in the unit risking possible theft. Due to time restrictions I had no choice but to put my items In there. I couldn’t get anyone to fix the units door on a Saturday or Sunday. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and I don’t understand how they’re gonna charge me 157$ and the door isn’t even able to be locked and hardly able to be opened. I don’t recommend."

The two women in the office were very polite and helpful when I lost my key for my unit and needed help getting back into it Colleen and Melissa worked with me and my schedule to meet me there and cut the lock. I came in to close my account because I finally found a house that would fit all of my belongings. They were friendly and seemed to work very well with each other. I would recommend this place because of the staff alone."
