"I routinely get other people's mail. By that I mean two to three times a month. This week the delivery person asked me what my address was and I told them as I pointed to the large black numbers on the house. They then proceeded to take back the mail they had given me and gave me my mail. The next day, I did not receive a publication that comes every Wednesday. To be fair, I did not call to see if there was an issue with that publication. Today I found mail for someone who lives two blocks down in my yard. I will drop it off at the post office. I often wonder who receives my mail."
"They go beyond to help everyone!"
"Washington USPS is always friendly & good service in my experience. Note that you need an appointment if applying for a passport. Not sure about how easy the doors would be for a wheelchair user to enter."
"Never seen such a poorly run business before. I've had packages lost, stolen, ran over, etc, all due to their incompetence to perform simple tasks. I can't have packages delivered to my home anymore, because I kept finding them placed on the curb of my home because the usps driver was too lazy to bring them to the front step of my home. This is why I've found them run over and probably why some went "missing." I have a security mailbox that the worker cannot seem to understand even though it is a simple device to use. My mail is crumpled up and sometimes torn because they just cram it in there. Packages that are held by the store have a 50/50 chance of actually being found and given to me. Most of the time, the packages are sent back to the sender because I couldn't get there on the same day that they were delivered there. Use UPS. Never had a problem with them. USPS is used by Amazon vendors due to them being cheaper, but I'll spend extra to use a different company every time the option is available."
"These people who work here show incompetence at its best. They send mail back just because they think you moved. I own a semi so I am gone but also stop buy with runs coming by home. So now I have to get a P.O. Box and hopefully these incompetent people will leave my mail in there and not send it back."
