"Very nice staff and specialy the lady who work in office. She’s so nice . Trailer load pallets need to adjust because weight is so much on driver excel even if i adjust the tendom weight is so high . So i explain everything to office lady and she’s so humble and nyc she’s quickly ask to worker remove the pallets and re adjust it. Overall my experience are so good and loading very quickly and they have iver night parking"

"Worst place to pickup. The entrance will damage your front bumper or deer guard if you have one. The water pool for tires is too deep. It doesn't look deep but when u try to get out ut damage ur front of truck. I have freightliner cascadia with no modifications too the bumper. I told the lady to fix the entrance and she start getting mad. DONT GO AND GET YOUR TRUCK DAMAGED HERE . They wont pay and admit the fault"
