"Would put 0 if I could. My grandparents are 90 and 93 years old. They had a caregiver through Comfort Keepers. Without ANY notice, their caregiver said they wouldn’t be coming back and that it was their last day with them. No warning, no time for my grandparents to find a new caregiver before she left, not even a replacement caregiver set up from the company. This is the last type of care I’d want my family or ANYONES loved ones to receive. Absolutely terrible, inconsiderate, and greedy. This company does not have the people they are ‘caring’ for best interest in mind. No fault to the caregiver herself, Comfort Keepers made this decision."

I absolutely loved caring for the elderly, and I would still be working for Comfort Keepers, if I didn't have to quit to care for my family and to continue running my father's business, after he passed away in May 2023 following 8 days later my mom also passed. The staff have always been flexible, understanding, and "human". Most days, I miss waking up to a new day, and making someone's life just a little bit easier, by the help I offered them."
