"Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to meet Mr Jesse T Murphy. So this is not based on the doctor but based on his staff which is totally unprofessional. I recently moved here and had ended up cleaning up an apartment and stepped on a foreign object went to the emergency room and I don't have all my documentation which is my medical card due to my things being in storage. The hospital took me and referred me to this doctor up above but when it came down to making my appointment his staff Katie or Kathy decided to make the experience difficult due to me not having my medical card. I asked her can she look it up in the database based on my social security number and date of birth for named she told me that they don't do that and I have to figure it out which is confusing to me since I used to work in the medical field it only took 5 minutes to do it and she stated due to her being understaffed she ain't going to do it and I need to go find somewhere else to go. I felt the way she handled the situation was unprofessional uncaring when it's a foreign object in my foot. You don't know if I was a paying customer if I could afford to do the payment you just refused to even take a couple minutes out of the day and running information like you're running for billing. They need to fire her. I just recently received your reply but was unable to reply back to your comment. I want to let you know that the young lady was a professional and she did not give me that information and she did refuse for me to come in unless I find a way to get the information. I didn't have a doctor I came from an emergency room that referred me to you. If you are not on the phone call or if your phone calls are not recorded like my phone records then you have no idea have your medical assistance or office assistant secretary handle situations.
