"Mr. Watkins was not my agent, but the agent for a prospective buyer coming to look at my house which was for sale. Our showing appointment was at 3:30pm. But at 2:50pm he's pounding on my door to inform me that he's there already and that his clients are almost there as well. I informed him that our appointment wasn't for another 40 minutes, but he didn't seem to care that he was unreasonably early. But, wanting to sell our house, we decided to be civil. So we packed up our kids and left. After the viewing, Mr. Watkins posted comments about the exterior of our house that were rather unnecessary and one was a lie. He made mention of our deck, which is brand new (7 months old), quite large, and a big selling point of our home. But he claimed that it was peeling & needed to be repaired. No repairs are needed on it & it hasn't been stained or painted yet, so there's nothing to be peeling. Between his inability to keep scheduled appointments & his lack of professionalism, I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone."
