"My first visit to the their site to see a couple of their models cuz I'm in the hunt to buy a home for my family and I and I meet a gentleman there very friendly. The gentleman has stepped out and the older lady that was left was not so professional when it comes to the questions I had regarding the remodel of her home. My son is disabled and I was asking her after reviewing to the model homes can something take place where they wiping the doors and switch out the master bathroom shower with the tub combination and put just a walking shower for the hallway and she told me no regardless if I'm paying money to get a house built. I told her I need it the main bathroom to have a walk-in shower cuz my child needs to be able to roll in and roll out I need the doors to be widening because of his disability but she told me I couldn't do that. That was a complete turn off. I feel like I would have been able to buy the Rainier home if they was able to customize it just from my son who's disabled."
