"Dr. Jacobus has been our family physician since 1994. He has always treated us with care and compassion during our visits. He is a very knowledgeable physician that I trust with our on going care. While there is a wait for service some days, we recognize he has many patients and plan accordingly. We try to be proactive in our scheduled appointments with Dr. Jacobus, but have seen Dr. Brechner and the three Nurse Practitioners also on occasion. The office staff has been helpful with our appointments, prescription refills, nurse call returns and lab results. While we have recently moved out of state, we still return to Indiana for family visits and appointments in this office."

"Do not recommend for anything other than immunizations. I don't know how this man still has any patients. Probably all from his church. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they put you on hold for 15 min. If you leave a message, they get back to you about an hour to two hours later. Then when you do manage to make an appointment, he keeps you waiting in the patient room for over an hour in addition to the half hour he had you in the waiting area all for a five minute interaction. To top it all off, he wouldn't bother to look at my chart before coming in. I had to remind him that the nurse found I had an infection before he was about to send me on my way. So he didn't bother checking my chart before coming to talk to me. I have since found a different doctor an am much happier. I suggest you do the same."
