"Dr. John Dowlatowski is not a good doctor. He has horrible bedside manner. He claims that he specializes in diabetes, so he tells his diabetic patients that they do not need to see an endocrinologist, yet he can’t put a patient on insulin when they very clearly need it, causing said patient to end up in the ICU twice in the span of a year for Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA). Then he can’t even be bothered to see the patient when they are in the ICU of the hospital that is LITERALLY across the street from his office. He also doesn’t know anything about the long term effects from Covid (which I am aware many doctors do not since it is different from person to person), but discourages the patient from potentially getting well and having a better quality of life by going to the clinical trials for long term Covid. He also told said diabetic patient that a keto diet is bad.. a keto diet Is little to no carbs and that is what is recommended for diabetics!! Had he actually cared about this patients wellbeing, the patient would still be alive today. Sadly the patient passed last week from the second time of having DKA within a year due to the doctor not properly treating the patient and changing their medications at every visit. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from him and his “practice”."

"Worst doctor ever!!!! Staff is the worst my elderly mom had an appointment and was 7 minutes late and refused to see her and wouldn't even come to the window to talk to her regarding the issue. There policy is 15 minutes late not 7. Then they couldn't speak to her but on the phone when she was in the office. I should add no one was even there patient wise at this time either. I then left them a not so nice message due to the lack of care for my mother who has very deep health problems. I did not cuss just let them know sham on them. Got no response from the office. Drove back for her next appointment with them only for them to say they canceled her appointment due to my message without letting us know and threatened to turn me in for calling them out on there lack of care or concern for patients. I should add we drive 30 minutes on way to see this doctor. Fyi I used to see this doctor but hated being fat shamed everytime I went into his office. So if you have any extra weight good luck"

"Our family has had many issues with this office's practices. Multiple times it has taken days to speak to a person, let alone the doctor, to get important medical information (ie. scheduling an appointment, refilling a prescription, or addressing a concerning symptom)."

"Very nice doctor but refuses to help me get out of pain theyre appts are 2-3 weeks before you can get in and if youre new patient you have a two month wait. He was good at first but and then it ALL went downhill fast all because myn appointment card had the weont tome and date . He is a nice man, and ill give him that indont feel the most comfortable being prejudged by a psysical i had never gone to see!"
