"Dr. Sharma is not very personable. When I was in my last appointment, we had discussed starting on some medication for ADHD and depression. I also needed a refill on my migraine medicine. She sent in my migraine prescription but never sent in my other prescription until after I called the office twice and sent her a message through my MyChart. I was not pleased with my last visit with her and considered going to a different doctor. I took the survey over the phone because they wanna know how they’re doing. I am also in the business that likes to know how we are doing as a company. So I took the survey and said exactly what I felt about my experience on this trip. I also left a voice review stating that I was considering looking for a different doctor, because I felt Dr. Sharma was very unprofessional and didn’t really seem to care about my needs. I took the survey and within two days I get a message from my MyChart canceling my doctors appointment for my follow up on my new medication and it stated that I told Dr. Sharma I was going to be looking into getting a different doctor that I no longer wanted to see her which is not true. I never spoke with Dr. Sharma about it , I had simply said I was considering it. And now I’m on medication that I don’t know how I’m going to react to and my doctor dropped me because of an honest survey answer. Word to everyone out there do not take a survey and answer honestly about Dr. Sharma if you were experience was not up to your liking because she will not care about you at all and drop you like a bad habit. Very unprofessional and this is not a Doctor Who truly cares about her clients that is a Doctor Who only cares about her own personal image."
