"DO NOT BUY HERE: I came to this place to buy a car and we went through all the paperwork I got the all the requirements that was needed to purchase a vehicle. After I signed the paperwork they stated that the car was not ready for pickup they was waiting on a part which was Saturday March 30th I put $1500 down and was told give them to Monday because they was waiting on a part which they told me had something to do with the break pedal. Then come Monday which was April 1st they stated that the car would be ready for pickup on Tuesday at 11:30a. I came up there with the other $500 that was needed for the $2k that was ask to put down on the car. I get the car drove it home and then the check engine light pops on the tire light pops on , and the car wasn’t changing gears. It was hard shifting. When I called and told them about the situation they said bring it back. Took it back not sure of the man’s name but the person who was helping at 1st was Jordan. Took it back the guy put it on the OBDII to see the codes. Not knowing I had already took it to advance to see the codes before they lie to me . The guy gets mad at me and starts yelling like get out the car I’ll just give you your money back. When I told him I wanted the car just fix the problem he was like ok. Now today is April 4 after I signed all paperwork they call me telling me the bank needs to verify another income . Which means to me like another job or extra money I have coming in. As I’m asking them to explain why they get an attitude and started talking reckless. So I wanted my down payment and I’ll never do business with them again. I added the pictures of the car and the codes. This was a 2016 ford fusion titanium. SAVE THE HEADACHE keep shopping around. And now I have insurance on a car that I don’t have which cost me an extra $375 on top of the $2k I put down. SMH y’all need to do better. Most of they cars on that lot looks good but is NOT ready for people to be driving with their families. Think about people safety it’s not always about money."
