"I live in Hobart Indiana and had to call 911 5-6 times in 2018 for my mother. The fire dept. responded in conjunction with the ambulance on 2-3 occasions. One of the times, the firemen discussed their hectic weekend with each other as they absent-mindedly carried my unconsciousness mother out the front door. Ive been reluctant to post any reviews in case my Mother had another medical emergency. Im posting now hoping that emergency personnel will reset their "sensitivity" and remember that every patient is a Mother, Father, brother or sister........the callous manner of their response hurt my feelings and astonished me."
