"Only one star to post this comment. I paid for a 'certain' even dollar amount, but not enough to fill up tank. The pump stopped short JUST 3 cents. Not enough to go back inside for a refund as the monitor on pump says to go inside for. But my reason for posting is to ask a question: how often and how many people has this happened to? How many people actually went back inside for refunds of just pennies? Is this done on purpose? If so, how much money is accumulated at the end of the day?
