"They can fire you if they don’t like you as a person in your first 90 days your work ethic doesn’t matter. I was told that “i wasn’t showing the want to learn”. After basically training myself and working the press alone it was no other way the work was getting done besides me . I am an African American and that’s only 1% of the staff. I’m forced to believe this is the reason I was fired I am a very hard worker and they didn’t care! If you are black you can be the best worker in the world but they don’t want you here! And all the higher up staff will agree with me don’t waste your time it’s only 36,000 a year any way !"
