"Went in for appt and was promptly forgotten about for 2 hours. My sick toddler who missed school today, on this negative 10 degree day, came with me and she cried herself to sleep waiting. I could not be more dissatisfied with the events of today. I'm inclined to find another doctor after this debacle. My kid suffered for Dr. S' incompetence and lack of professionalism. I hope this helps someone in the future decide if this is somewhere you want to seek help. 1 out 2 visits I was co pletely ignored/forgotten. I'd prefer my doctor to have a higher success rate."
