"If you love your elderly family member and you want them in a safe clean place. Do not send them here! I repeat do not send your elderly family members here! This place is deplorable and unprofessional. The staff is beyond ghetto and the attitudes that everyone have is disgusting. My mother was there for a year and her room stayed filthy and they did not maintain her hygiene. Her finger nails and toe nails were long and dirty. I asked can someone cut her toenails I was told she had to be put on a list for the podiatrist to come. The podiatrist came once a month. That’s insane! They lost her dentures and they never fixed her phone line so that I could be able to talk to her. When I would call the front desk to have someone help my mother call me they wouldn’t assist her. The woman on the phone would say we will have her call you. My mother is blind, how could she call me? When she caught Covid they did not notify the family. My brother went to go visit her and her door was taped and had a signed on it. That’s how my family found out about her having Covid. We were beyond worried for her when we his happened. This place need new management and a new staff. I hope this review is helpful to someone. Please do not send anyone here for care. They did not take care of my mother. Thank goodness she’s out of there in a safe place. This place deserves 0 stars."
