"Adrian was one of the worst and rude person I’ve ever encountered at a bank. She was not helpful at all, giving me attitude and Waz being very stuck up towards me to be a bank, you’re supposed to be willing to help others and not be rude to others yet the whole time it was just unbelievable. Do better when hiring people"

"Double charged my account and refused to fix the issue or give me information for their department manager. Nothing but snakes and snobs who need to be rounded up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE SLEAZE BALL SCUMBAGS!"

"Centier bank sucks. Every simple thing is a hassle. New atm cards? No problem, they just won't work. They'll keep throwing new cards at you but will never solve the problem. New checks? Use the link in the check book which is also the link in the app to order new checks. But that link doesn't work and won't let you order unless you have the bank order for you. Then they won't update your address without visiting the branch location. Can't do it online, can't do it over the phone, can't do it over the app. Only in person at the branch. The single most inconvenient bank I've had the displeasure of using."

"If I could give this place a negative star, I would horrible every time I come in to cash my check there’s always some sort of problem and I have to have them send it back to me and literally take it down the street and have it cashed at another Centier this time around the teller at the Centier wrote on the back of my check and a aqua green pan to where I had issues to cashing my check and had to get a completely new check from my boss and which I cash my check weekly from it’s not like I just started a new and it’s a new employer or a new check to them but when you’re living paycheck to paycheck I hardly had the gas to even go back out to get a new check on top of being lucky that I got out early enough that I could make it out there to my work to get a new check and still have time to cash it I am very upset with their service. It costed me extra money that I already don’t have and I refuse to ever go back there and I will be completely clearing out and closing my bank account. I will go anywhere else besides sent here from now on."

"I’ve never walked in to a bank and needed and appointment for anything! Need and appointment to add someone to an account!? I can see you in your office there’s no one in there with you. You got all your lights off. How long can it really take to add someone to an account. I guess I can see why this branch has a 2 star rating."
