"This place completely surprised me. I have a business in the tv and film industry and it was incredibly hard to find insurance for my company since my company is considered to be in a specialty industry. I tried for months talked to countless brokers and the few insurance quotes I did get back the prices were insanely high. I came across Charles & Casassa online and decided to give them a try to see if they could help and my goodness do they produce results. They were the ONLY brokers that found me insurance for my company at a reasonable price and I tried insurance brokers across the United States. Tony's customer service and knowledge about insurance is unparalleled. He knows what he is talking about and knows what you need. He saved me money and made sure I understood everything in my policy. Now the only gripe I did have is I had to come in (parking is tough) and set up my insurance policy and I couldn't do it online. This is more on the insurance company themselves and not on Charles & Casassa because for me I would have just rather done everything online. But still I would absolutely and highly highly recommend this place. If you are looking for insurance before you go anywhere else please give them a call and talk to Tony tell him what you need and at the very least see what he can get you/price he can get for you the results may surprise you too!!"

"Pretty good company. The rates are a little higher or even with competitor rates. Home and auto are the best services here. The people there are very nice and helpful. The parking is not good due to the fact that it’s street side. In my opinion, State Farm is better, but that’s only an opinion. Other people may have better or worse experiences."
