"Thief’s I went there and asked for extra Oreos and they charged for double extra Oreos. I just went there again and they told me $6.64 for my total. I gave them $10.75. They told me to have a nice day and I told them I needed my change. They gave me $3.01. I told them I was due $4.11 back and they told me it was $7.49 for the total. I told him he had said $6.64. He gave me a quarter back and kept my dollar. I’m definitely NEVER going back."

"They honor the rewards points and mobile coupons now. Redeemed me a small malt and was a short fill would be my only minor complaint but it was free. Load those shake, malt and sundae cups up and keep giving good service and people will come around to new owners. Seems like they’re trying."

"Purchased a banana split. It did not have any nuts on it. I purchased one about six months ago and no problem. Is this something new the no nuts thing. I was never asked previously or this time if I wanted nuts. Thought nuts we’re part of the banana split. Very disappointed .. So I gave you guys another chance and it was worst than the last time. This time I asked for nuts and I was told nuts do not come on a banana spilt. Since when?? I was not told about the no nuts until after I paid for it and received my banana split. At which time I asked for a refund and was told I could not get a refund. Wow. Never again. I was given some walnuts in a small cup. See photo. I officially do not like Dairy Queen any more."

"We ordered 2 vanilla n chocolate twist cones but they handed them to me they were 99.9% vanilla with just a hint of chocolate so I had them make it again n got the same result. I asked what was going on an the very young kid working the drive thru windows said he didn't know why it was doing that. He didn't even apologize or even try n fix the issue or off it to me at a discount. No wonder that DQ is always empty NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! ******************** Per your response that u say you hear us consumers well apparently not because as I stated I asked him to fix the issue but instead he did offer no apologies or at least say we are out of chocolate at the moment we only have vanilla plus there were sounded like 3 other people inside he never tried to resolve the problem with the ice cream machine not working properly. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW AND THEN SOME TO ABSOLUTELY NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY ITEM. This needs to be shown to the store owners n managers and make it right not just let me leave unhappy or at least an apology and or could of just said these are on the house sense we couldn't make what u ordered correctly but just closed the drive thru window on me an walk away so very rude n unprofessional!!!"

"2 sundaes and a pup cup. Pupcup don’t get the dog treat. These large sundaes look a little small. New owners really don’t care much about quality. The lady’s working seem to care more than the owners. But I don’t think they can do much with the current owners in charge. I live 2 blocks away and in the last month or so this has been a struggle to support."
