"Unfortunately, we had to take my 10 momth old to the ER for a extremely high temperature. And also unfortunately, we got this Doctor Jeff Kroll. In the end my daughter had a simple ear infection. He overlooked that infection, didnt do any chest xrays (which surprised the next doctors). He was hasty with my wife over blood draws and other tests he wanted to run. It was an ear infection, but now my daughter is on a catheder, has had shots of medicine, now he wants to draw blood! Absolutley ridiculous. We went to the ER again hours later when the fever spiked agian and the doctor diagnosed the ear infection immediately, no need for cathaders or blood draws. Lastly he billed us twice for the hospital bill, we had to call in to report this. He will be under investigation at some point in his future. I hope you can avoid this doctor at all costs."
