"Quick unloading! First time here. After signing in w receiving office i waited 5 minutes before crane operator came and unloaded 1 coil. Then he signed the BOL and apologize to me cause he made me wait 5 minutes. I thought it was sarcasm, but after i realized he was just being nice! positive people! Thank you!"
