"The phone number that you guys applied to the website here does not work no one answers the phone I can't ask simple questions no I don't want to look on the website I want to talk to someone."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a GOVERNMENT BUILDING and they are rarely open on time. They are supposed to be open at 8am but more often than not, they aren't even open by 8:30 am."

"She's NEVER on time. I like to mail my packages b4 I head to work. She's never open at 8. It's 8:07 been sitting here 10 mins she still not here."

"The people working the counter are always nice, but the people I’ve had delivering my mail the past three years have been terrible. I don’t live in the greatest of neighborhoods, so I diligently track my items. Ive had multiple items “out for delivery”, and the carrier never arrives on my block at all, yet changes the status of my package to “failed attempt-no secure location”. Even for items that fit in a mailbox with no issues. This happens constantly, causing me to wait 48 hours before being able to go to the post office to pick the items up. I can’t always wait that additional 48 hours before receiving said items."

"Felt like a 100 degrees in the lobby. Had to go outside and come back in multiple times and took forever with 1 person ahead of us. But the heat in the lobby made it completely unbearable, otherwise the wait would not have been as bad. The lady in front of me even commented about how hot the lobby was."
