Simply redirect your package to our location, and we’ll notify you when it's ready for pickup. Remember to bring your tracking number and a valid ID for a smooth experience.

Dropping off a package is just as easy. Ensure your package is securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and that it weighs less than 55 pounds and measures smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". Then, just drop it off at our Dollar General location. There are no additional fees for these services.

For those returning online shopping items, if you have a pre-printed FedEx label, you can easily drop off your pre-packaged return at our location. Please note that we hold packages for up to 7 days, after which they will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility.

While we do not provide shipping or packing materials, you can visit a nearby FedEx Office or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter for assistance with packing supplies or for shipping dangerous goods. All packages should be boxed, sealed, and labeled before arriving at our location.
