"If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried renting a U-Haul truck through the U-Haul website. Said trucks were available, had me put down a deposit. Showed up, no one was on site. Made at least 3 phone calls to “the office” and to this day, have never received a phone call back. Called the 1-800 U-Haul number, and still couldn’t get the truck. Ended up going to a completely different U-Haul company in Crown Point at an auto repair shop. Thankfully, the nice lady there spent a few minutes on the phone with U-Haul and got my reservation moved over to them- otherwise I would’ve lost my money. DO NOT bother doing business with these people."

"Zero Stars. Terrible customer service. This place is INCREDIBLY hard to get hold of. My card was on a recurring payment and when I emptied my storage unit, I called MULTIPLE times and left voicemails to let them know so that my card would not be charged again for the following month. I never heard anything back. They ended up charging me again...and at a higher price than the previous two years of payments. I tried to call again only to discover that the "voicemail box was full." No surprise- they are all probably me. I had to call my bank to dispute the new charge and ask them to stop payment to AB Enterprises, Inc because no one there will respond. Ridiculous. I would encourage you to take your business elsewhere."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not EVER use the facility to try to store your belongings in. They missed my move in day. I showed up during their “office hours” on Friday and no one was there. I called multiple times. Someone finally returned my call Friday evening and said I couldn’t move in till Saturday. Showed up again on Saturday with belongings to move in, and no one was there again. Called multiple times and left multiple messages with no reply. Had to secure another storage facility at another place. When I was finally called later in the day, the woman who called never apologized and was extremely rude and blamed me. Never again will I use U-Haul for storage and I will tell everyone I know to never use it because of the unreliability for their customers."

"If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! What a wonderful experience during a very difficult time in my life. The entire staff was so kind and compassionate and made this process so easy for me. They even played with Clayton, my blind kitten, the entire time I was there, which we both truly appreciated. The facilities are so much nicer than I could have even hoped for. I wholeheartedly recommend AB Enterprises to anyone."
