"UPDATE 06/01/24: Very nice to respond with unquestionably a generic response as to make people believe that you would handle this situation and I go to Crew Car Wash for WHAT? To listen to garbled garbage, really? Did you think that your excuses were going to wash this away? You still don't want to take responsibility for the course of action that your employee took that day to knock my windshield wiper arm of its locking mechanism. Your employee who spoke to ne on June 1st even admitted that she looked at the video and saw her rattle my back window windshield wiper. Oh but my car is over 15 years old so you won't take any responsibility. What a crock. Here is what I'm going to explain to you if my back window windshield wiper isn't repaired by Crew and should I be involved in an accident due to your company not repairing what your employee did. I will sue the owners and all parties involved. I will also be contacting the BBB. Do the right thing and that's to repair my back window windshield wiper. That's it.. you assumed responsibility when you took my payment for a monthly unlimited car washes. Maybe Crew shouldn't allow cars older than 10 years thru their car wash and accept no payment, right?? Had no issues until their employee knocked my back windshield wiper arm off its locking mechanism and the car wash tore it off. They refused to acknowledge this as though I needed to tell them this when all they had to do was view their cameras but knowing I'm a woman and assuming I didn't know a thing about cars.. The young man I spoke to from the office in Indianapolis was a bit belligerent who never even looked or saw my car and I guess someone who thought he knew more about my car than I did, condescending and cocky. All that Crew Car Wash had to do was admit their employee's error and make me whole. I wanted my back windshield wiper in working order and as it was before I entered the car wash on that day. I still want them to do the right thing. Very shallow to try to blame this on me and say it was rusted and broken..REALLY?? I have witnesses who would attest to the contrary and even a nearby dealership who had worked on my car earlier that day. I used that back window windshield wiper almost everyday and I'm very upset that now there's nothing there. Every time I went through that car wash I made it my business to remove my antenna because I knew if it got damaged that would be on me for not removing it but what was I to do when the young lady who works there knocked it off the locking mechanism and she even admitted that much. They usually write something on your back window but why put your hand on my back windshield wiper, why? They hadn't touched my back window windshield wiper before.. I don't need an apology I need them to do the right thing and repair what their car wash damaged due to their employee negligence. That's it! I hope that the CEO will read this, reach out and do the right thing. P.S. When I went for an estimate on the day of this incident for the repair on the back window windshield wiper from Fuson Cadillacs and returned soon after I noticed they had removed the young lady from the line and placed her elsewhere and in her place they put the young man who actually took my payment for a monthly unlimited car wash a few weeks before and he had never touched my back windshield wiper before this incident. I went through many car washes prior to this incident MANY and never had any issues until this incident."

"The car wash is busy, but it moves along pretty quickly, so don't get discouraged if there's a line. They are friendly and the price is decent. They also have a membership option that you should check out. The vacuums are pretty powerful too. This is my go-to place now for car washes."

"Ironically, I had literally just purchased a $69 Crews carwash booklet a few minutes prior to this event happening. Went through this car wash location yesterday and their machine completely ripped, absolutely tore off the entire passenger side view mirror .. I mean, it just stripped my side view mirror off right down to the wiring and it left a bad scratch on my H3, I was in complete shock. I posted the pictures of the damages along with this review. Depending on how this situation goes, I might find time in next few days to post a youtube of the damages along with the conversation that took place with management. Because the absolute first thing out of the managers mouth was "Well your car is almost 13 years old" ... No sir, my car was badly damaged because of your equipment. My car and I came into the carwash originally and without this damage. This carwash and any future carwash is clearly not worth the lack of consideration and customer service I was just shown by the management."
