"I hired Langen Realty to sell my father's house in Lowell after he passed away this past January. I live in Oklahoma. I never met Jim or Victoria in person. All of our dealings were over the phone and via internet. Jim was always courteous and helpful. Victoria tried to be the same, but I understand she is new to the industry and there were a few times she gave information that wasn't always clear or fully correct. I do believe she tried though. Because this was an estate, and my father was a handyman type, we filled a 30 yard dumpster in June, with trash and items he probably figured he would fix "someday." There were tons of items and furniture left in the house. I contacted Langen Realty near the end of July. Victoria and I agreed she would have a sale to try to clear out as much as possible and split the proceeds evenly. She did a great job but, I wish more would have sold. Overall, Langen Realty did what they said they would do. I believe there were two offers on the house in the first week and we accepted the second. The house closed September 1, 2023. Langen Realty went above and beyond what I believe a "normal" realtor would do to help someone in this situation. There were a few minor hiccups with some communication and fees, which is why I only gave them 4 stars. I attribute those to Victoria's lack of experience but, that will work itself out in time. Jim made those right from his own pocket after the closing. For these reasons, I would absolutely recommend Langen Realty."
