"What’s the point in this bank existing? Most inconvenient hours ever. I have had a check for a week that I need to cash that I can’t get deposited bc they’re hardly open. How are people supposed to bank while the bank is only open during day business hours and they’re very short day hours … society works full time during these hours ? I have to take off work or leave work early potentially risking penalty at work just to deposit a check. I hate chase but at least I can deposit my check in their ATM. I bet they wouldn’t hesitate to charge me an overdraft fee when all my automatic bills come out …. Account wouldn’t be empty if I could just deposit my check . Smh."

"I have been with Peoples Bank since 1990! I have seen a lot of good people come and go thru the years but have always thought Peoples Bank was the best choice overall. Customer Service is the key! I wanted to highlight a few outstanding employees at the Highland branch. I call them the “A Team” Kathy, Jessica and Luis are three of my favorite people/tellers at this institution (I def miss Joy too now in Hobart). I am ALWAYS in a hurry and they go above and beyond to expedite each and every transaction I throw their way! I appreciate their efficiency and smiling faces each and every time! Thanks for the exceptional service! Keep up the great work!"

"Went today to setup automatic payment on principle. Do yourself a favor call another beach that’s trained and can actually set it up for you via email instead of telling you the service isn’t available “use the drop box” this isn’t 1950. The staff is lazy and will not go the extra mile to get done what you need. I called another branch and I had the paperwork via email in 15 minutes. Avoid this specific branch at all costs"

"Rude experience with Jessica was told to close my account just was trying to figure out why I had a fee, was hung up on by her and told my wife was rude. Neither of us were rude to Jessica and I've never had to call back any type of buisness for hanging up on me. Happily the manager waived the whole fee."

"The customer service can use some improvements. I walked out to do business with another bank that would treat people better. If you can't be comfortable with the people who are controlling your life savings then there is a huge problem with the establishment."
