"If Robin is working, go to a different employee. She told us one thing, so we went to get those forms. Came back and went to a different employee, and she told us something completely different, so I had to leave again! She honestly shouldn't have a job here if she doesn't know what simple paperwork you need to get an ID."

"I get if a customer doesn't have everything for a request of title work change cannt be completed but there is no reason to act like how she did by throwing pens and paperwork throw the window hole. If they wonder why people hate going to the bmv someone should just sit back and watch how they treat people."

"Worst BMV I've ever been to. There was one person in there when I arrived and more came in as I waited. I only needed to change a car title into my name and they would only serve people taking license tests. Me and another person sat for over 45min while they helped everyone else that came in the door after us! Terrible service and rude people. Won't even try to come back. I'll go to another town where they actually do their job."

"This branch is always friendly, clean, and they always try to help you to their fullest ability. The wait time is very reasonable and alot less than any other BMV I've ever been too."
