"This particular branch in particular. There was an error in a transfer. I had to take time out of my work day to get it settled. The branch manager was very dismissive of the problem. When I told her this has been a continuing problem and that we need to research the problem because was my banking compromised? I left with a bad taste in my mouth. She did not help and did not resolve the problem. The transfers aren’t effective. They take longer times then Chase. I also turned on internal controls yet the account would go negative. I would not bank at this branch. The branch manager does not really care for your concerns."
