"One of my favorite de-stressers. This trail is decent enough for a bike, but is usually covered in little sticks and rocks, so be careful skating. Not much traffic usually. Trail gets better more towards Griffith and Highland. Doesn't seem they upkeep as much towards Merrillville and through Hobart (watch the roots going under the path), but man would a broom truck be a welcome sight on here 2-3 times a year!"
