"As a regular at this place, I have never experienced what I just went thru. An African American woman was on the phone yelling at someone for twenty minutes. I'm taking my clothes out from washer and going to laundramat- on Calumet avenue. Now, I stopped after work with a bundle of clothes and a big black dog approached me and huffed the way dogs do just before they start to bark/ attack. Service dog or not. I feel owner might be carrying. I mentioned it to morning staff and it was brushed off Be advised"

"If I could give a zero I would. What a waste!! Every load I had on hot water was ice cold. Warm water was also ice cold. The attendant stated that the water would heat up! This is my first and last time here! What a ripoff!! Vince you should be ashamed."

"I just went in right now 08/13/2021 @2:56pm and i asked the lady at that was sitting there soon as you walk in for quarters mind you i didn’t bring my clothes in yet because i went in first to make sure the place wasn’t crowded! She first was going to give me the quarters she had on her then after that she told me to go to the machine when i walked to the machine for quarters she asked me where was my clothes i told her they were in the car she said i couldn’t get any quarters until i brought my clothes in cuz she thought i was “trying to take quarters away from her customers” like i wasn’t going to be one! Be mindful when you go here to wash!!!!! Just rude if you ask me!"
