"the “manager” Jeff was absolutely terrible. I wanted my name off of a joint account that I have no access to and he said I need the other account holder there to take my name off it… she’s deceased. the management here is pretty sad."

"The staff is friendly, however, Karen Sandy is inappropriate, unprofessional and unpleasant person. When she called and heard my toddler cry, she said “Looks like you need a babysitter”. Really? Is it really your business? I can see how you love kids. And I didn’t ask you to call me. And every time I had to deal with this employee, she was asking questions that are personal, really non of her business and rubs me the wrong way. Switching to a different BMO location because of this employee."

"They have the best customer service out of all bmo branches in the NWI , other then that male worker “JEFF” if you aren’t making over 100k forget about it . Guy is full of pride and apparently doesn’t like BMOs COVID help . Over $7 overdraft they didn’t process my Mortgage payment of $1,219 . Which I deposited $10 that same day. Soo ill be switching by direct deposit to a different bank who’s willing to appreciate my business ."

"I live in the subdivision behind the bank and it's a great place to bank. The parking area is very large with many drive thrus so there is never a wait. Much easier and faster to bank here than the banks across the street with all the shopping center traffic"
