Maybe be more comforting, kind, or atleast professional to those walking into a funeral home. Even after this, I told her I hope she has a good day and she responded with a snotty "yeah.""

"This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen in my life. I left Indianapolis going back to gary to bury my auntie well I needed a form from the funeral direcdirector to cover my bereavement days. The owner was told I said something about her dog so she refuse to= give me my bereavement letter. As a a result of her deriliction of duty with malice intent I received 18 points on my job and got suspended for 3 days n more days without pay. She cost me $706 and for a 365 days till these points drop off I can't be more than a hour late. Tracy Williams should not be allowed to own a business."
