"Just had the most accommodating customer service I’ve possibly ever had at Horizon bank (though it’s been a cpl years since I’ve stepped into the bank.) Kennedy helped me, along with the manager, figure out how handle my address change w/ an atm card order so I can still use Apple Pay in the meantime. (Card was lost so I have no access to my $$ w/o Apple Pay). Very friendly, very helpful. Thank you!"
