"I have been dealing with Frontier for several months attempting to get my refund they said I would get. I called again and now they say no refund. At least I think that's what they said. Would love to be able to understand customer service employees. Looks like that isn't gonna happen. DON'T USE FRONTIER."
"Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time or money with this company. I have been a faithful customer to this company for over 5 years, and that still doesn't matter to them. I have been without internet for over a week, they have sent me the wrong router, sent a new one, only to tell me that it does not matter, service will still not work, and I have to wait another week for my service apt. I have online college for myself, and homeschooling for my son that is extremely important, and now I cannot access or achieve because of this company that can produce what it promises. I have even purchased wifi extenders to try to improve the service, and it has actually made things worse. If you have the option, switch or go with a different company all together before you start. They have poor communication on every level, and do not care if they're affecting your livelihood or not. Side note: I have had issues with this company practically the whole time I've been with them. This is just the last straw."
"2years of good service on time payments and I have to move. When I called to disconnect my service for move I find out its gonna cost me $100! 50 cancelation fee and a 50 restocking fee! It just so happens to be equal to 2 months of payments! On a fixed income that the government keeps dipping into, 100 is a big hit. Will not recommend to anyone ever"
"The customer service for this company is futile. As someone that works from home, internet connection is pertinent to my livelihood. Any slightest bit of thunder and our connection is lost. I have to reboot our modem/router to get it to connect again. On multiple occasions, the service will not reconnect. After lengthy calls or chat sessions, the ultimate conclusion is that a tech needs to come out. Apparently their techs have to be assembled in China and shipped by boat to our area, as the next available tech is never available for days. I understand that internet is not perfect. Outages do occur, I get this. However, why on Earth does it take so long to get help? The length of wait seems to grow with every call I make. I think it is time to hire more techs. If I had another option, I would be done with this company. I will gladly pay double for anything more reliable. If you have any other option, I highly recommend you go with another option. If not, prepare to deal with continual disappointment and frustration with this company."
