Welcome to Vincennes Township Fire Station 5, proudly serving the northern area of our fire protection district in Vincennes, Indiana. Conveniently located near Knox County Historic Fort Knox II and Ouabache Trails Park, Station 5 is a vital part of our community's safety infrastructure.

Recently remodeled, Station 5 has expanded its facilities to accommodate the live-in program, offering housing for two qualified Vincennes University Fire Science students. This initiative supports the education and practical training of future fire service professionals, fostering a new generation of skilled firefighters.

Station 5 is also the hub for our hands-on fire prevention program, held annually during Fire Prevention Month. This program aims to educate the community on fire safety and prevention techniques, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the knowledge to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Our station is well-equipped with an engine, a tanker, and a brush truck, ensuring we are prepared to respond to a variety of emergencies. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for the residents of Vincennes and the surrounding areas.
