"If I could, I’d give 0 stars. I’ve been to this location 3 times because it’s the closest to where I live and the service is always poor. Each time I’ve entered the store, the 1 or 2 reps are busy. There’s no problem there, however these reps are so poorly trained that they don’t even verbally welcome each new customer that enters. When you finally make it to a rep, they are polite, but will often tell you half truths and sometimes omit info entirely so it’s important that you ask the right questions. Please make sure to get a receipt or some document with any and all your devices itemized, do not trust that they will email all of your documents. The reps at this location do not seem to be very thorough at all!! There was a situation where I ordered a device under promotion. I literally got the runaround until the promotion was over, to find out that the rep that was helping me never put it into the system! I think that sprint being taken over by T-Mobile has been terrible altogether, but this location is one that I would not recommend."
"Kudos to the Manager ( Shawn) at the Griffith, IN location! Not only is he knowledgeable and professional but his customer service skills are to be commended as well. I recently upgraded my phone and he took the time to very patiently answer all of my questions. He even told me that should other questions arise after I left, to feel free to call back and ask for him personally. ( which I did) He was just as courteous and patient over the phone as he was in person. I really appreciated that! Shawn definitely exceeded my expectations- if I could give more than 5 stars I would!"
"As a new customer looking to switch over from AT&T, I went to my nearest store which was this one. We asked our sales person for any deals or promotions we could take advantage of and were told no, so we proceeded by adding two lines with no promotions. The next day I went on the website and realized I could've taken advantage of the carrier freedom deal and I could still redeem it 30 days after beginning new service. So I went back to the store only to be told that they DID offer me this promotion(which was not true) and that they didn't have to honor it for me. They would be doing me a courtesy by doing so they said. I got a lot of attitude and disrespect by the associate Taylor and ESPECIALLY the store manager Connie. Long story short, I was charged $50 for adding on the promotion a few days later and they completely screwed up my entire transaction due to their lack of knowledge. I DO NOT recommend this store what so ever. It was a complete waste of my time, was wronged, over charged and given lots of bad attitude for no reason. Connie could've handled my situation but instead it took me calling customer service to receive the help I needed over the phone. Thank you to the team of experts in Springfield for resolving my issue! Thank god I do not have to deal with those people in the store ever again."
