"Why should I eat the cost on service that was not provided? As I began my review on this dealership, I must say, had I read the reviews on this dealership prior, I would've been very skeptical to get my vehicle serviced here. I have never experienced such a horrendous service experience in my entire years of owning a vehicle. On 1/18/24, I took my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio to get a simple oil change. Brandon Lopez assisted me, not only was I there for nearly 3 hours, but after the given facts it is clear that the service, I paid for was NOT provided. As Brandon mentioned to me my engine light came on, he mentioned he can run a diagnosis to see what the cause is. I mentioned to him that was not necessary. Once it was time to pay the invoice, he mentioned that he performed the diagnosis anyway and that I will need a new charcoal canister. After giving me a quote for nearly 2K of repair cost, I did let him know I would be in touch for when those services can be done. Not even 24 hours later, more lights started to appear on my dash, as my vehicle started to jerk as I accelerated. Immediately I contacted Brandon, and he said it was because of the charcoal canister he mentioned to me. As I continued to investigate the issue, the research that was provided made it clear that the issues Brandon had given were not the cause. After the first incident I started to notice a huge oil puddle in my driveway as well as my oil levels decreasing. Considering my experience with the lack of service that was provided at this dealership, I refuse to let them work on my car again, as the maintenance on my Stelvio is not cheap. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a second opinion on everything, and it was crystal clear that service was NOT provided on my vehicle. Alfa Romeo Schererville, IN did not change my oil as it was BLACK/OLD OIL in my Stelvio as you can see in the photos. Also finding out the leak came from a bad Oil Filter that was damaged and was put on incorrectly by this dealership as you can also see in that photo as well. As I type this review it sickens me that I must leave such an unpleasant experience that was provided with the lack of service that I did not receive. Much like others that come to this dealership, the vehicles we drive are not cheap, and if you did not have all the essential requirements to work on my vehicle, it should have been stated when the appointment was made. As I received an automatic text/email from Brandon Lopez at this dealership asking me to rate my service experience, if there was no star to give you wouldn't have one. However, with 1 Star being the lowest, if you are to ask me how I feel about the service in one word it would be REVULSION. I strongly would not recommend this dealership to anyone."
"An oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours. They claimed to wash my car as well, but bugs were still all over the front, side mirrors and windshield. Then, after it sat for a few days after the service, the tire pressure lights came on because they didn't even check the tire pressure after the rotation. Every tire pressure was wrong. This is second time I've been for service and second time I've had to do something to "fix" their service to my car."
"I am completely disgusted with the treatment in the service center to have my car looked at. I made an appointment a week before when I showed up to drop my car off there was no one there in the service center eventually a service person came over and took down my number so I could drop off my car. Only for them to reach out and tell me that their service person was not in that day to look at my car in which I responded please have the manager call me because I live an hour away from this facility so dropping my car off is a big burden. The manager said that he would look at it thankfully I got my car serviced. However the treatment for checking out was just treacherous I stood at the window for five minutes while three women chatted and clearly saw me. I finally asked the sales person to help me and they rudely asked if I rang the bell I replied no finally got everything taken care of there is no excuse for this treatment and customer service and this is the second time I’ve had my car serviced at this facility with bad customer service next time I will go out of my way to drive my car to Indianapolis and have it serviced at their center do better !"
