Harbor Point Estates Is the only Mobile home Park within the City of Chicago, and is a perfect community for Chicago City workers or anyone who wants to live in an affordable, extremely safe and secure community. Several of the Mobile Homeowners are active and retired law enforcement, mostly Cook County Sheriff's and CPD Police Officers. The Community also has several tenants who are City of Chicago employees, and appreciate Harbor Point Estates for its City of Chicago address, since all City of Chicago employees must live within the City, and it's Suburban atmosphere and sense of Security.
