"Hello world if you’re looking to have medical care please i repeat please do not go to Ingalls in Calumet City . I had the worst experience this morning upon entering the staff was sleeping which some how them to become very rude and unprofessional. The Doctor acted as if she didn’t even want to touch me let alone give me treatment. I was told by the Doctor that i came in year around the same time and nothing was wrong i felt so embarrassed and belittled as if i dont know when something is wrong with me . As 45 year old black woman we all know stress heart attack and stroke are the number one killer for us. I don’t care of i need to go to the Emergency Room 100 times its your job to make sure everything is ok. If you don’t like helping people you shouldn’t be a doctor or nurse. All of the staff were rude ghetto and unprofessional."

"I should have known better than to go here with second degree burns on my foot. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour as my foot was getting worse! The triage nurses ( if they were even really nurses) seemed untrained and inexperienced. The nurse that administered 2 shots to me didn't even tell me what they were (I had to ask) and the doctor told me I could go home but the two triage people told me otherwise. Eventually, I decided to go to another hospital that rendered excellent care. This location seems like a training facility for future students wishing to be in the medical field. I would only recommend that you go here if you scrap your knee!"

"Worse service! Took 25 minutes to register not even busy. No one is friendly. Everyone is stone cold. Sitting so far 45 min to be called back for a fasting and urine test. This is insane. Do not recommend go elsewhere where they actually care about your health and time!"

"I took my teen here for fever, chills, body aches, diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, weakness, chest pains/burning in her chest, sore/red throat, swollen tonsils, this sad place sent my child home with a prescription for Motrin, and a antibiotic. Ingalls hospital is way worst!!!! Took my daughter to Comer's Children Hospital, they had to admit her. When I took my child, you could tell she was obviously sick!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! They will give you a prescription, google what they think is wrong with you, give you a prescription and send you on your way!!!! Ingalls Hospital is the same way! These hospitals are getting paid from our insurance to do nothing! AVOID THIS PLACE! And if it is a child, please go to the city and take them to Comer's Children, where they will do the job they are paid to do and will not have you sitting there waiting for hours, only to do the bare minimum for you."
