"Poor service. Need to do better for the community"

"It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to ring a bell to get service in this place. It is always an awful experience at this post office with extremely careless and disrespectful staff. To the female postal worker who helped me today, is it absolutely necessary to be on a personal phone call when you have a customer in front of you? Also, when someone says hello to you, especially a customer, the least you could do is say hello back. People have lost their minds."

"This is an efficient little office that isn’t too busy. The clerks are helpful and kind. They offer package and mail services."

"I didn't received my passport and I went to this post office that unfortunately was the closest one to my home. So I asked if I could pick that passport up elsewhere but the women there didn't even let me explain when she said "We don't do passports", but I wasn't asking for an application for a passport. That women was so rude to me. She opened 15 minutes after her lunch break ended and she was like overwhelmed as if she worked very hard but they do nothing than complaining about their job."

"Absolutely terrible! Worst customer service ever experienced. They lost my package that included something worth more than $200 and took forever to reach back out to me about it. I refuse to ship out anything from USPS especially from this location!!"
