"I wanted a cake last minute and at first they said no because it would take 48 hours, so we were like okay we’ll just buy a cake, no worries, but then nobody was attending us because they were all talking to the manager to see if they could figure something out, at the end the store manager came out, made a call and made the order for us possible, very thankful for the last minute cake they outdid themselves, thank you for making this birthday party and party. we loved it."

I bought 2 banana splits and the ice cream was already melted it looks like they just slop the ice cream on there it wasn't neat at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go to the one in lansing they are so much better than this place a waist of money I had to throw it away"

"Actually, it was Dunkin, but same spot. It was 8 p.m., and I had an inkling for a caramel flavored coffee. But it was 8 p.m. I asked the young lady if there was any decaf. She said if there wasn't, they would make a fresh pot. What?? They don't do that at the Dunkin in my neighborhood!! My daughter got a iced tea BlackBerry hibiscus sherbet. She loved it!! They are open 24 hours, including the dining room. I told them they would be seeing a lot more of me !! Oh. And they have a much better so but selection, even at that hour !! The little things in life, you know"

"They do a good job at this one with actually making coffee and not just cream in a cup. The girl at the drive through was very cheerful and and her friendliness made me smile. There needs to be more people like that."

"The lady who made the ice cream was very nice. However, the old manager guy was a jerk and was trying to take away some ice cream and tried to weight it. Very rude to my mother and I. Don't go here unless you want to be treated bad. Manager does not respect their customers."
